Gaza

Amos 1:6-7

כֹּה אָמַ֣ר יְהֹוָ֔ה עַל־שְׁלֹשָׁה֙ פִּשְׁעֵ֣י עַזָּ֔ה וְעַל־אַרְבָּעָ֖ה לֹ֣א אֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ עַל־הַגְלוֹתָ֛ם גָּל֥וּת שְׁלֵמָ֖ה לְהַסְגִּ֥יר לֶֽאֱדֽוֹם:

וְשִׁלַּ֥חְתִּי אֵ֖שׁ בְּחוֹמַ֣ת עַזָּ֑ה וְאָֽכְלָ֖ה אַרְמְנֹתֶֽיהָ:

“Thus the Lord says:For three crimes of Azah/Gaza and for four I will not return them,for they exiled a whole population giving them over to Edom.

But I will send fire to the wall of Azah/Gaza which will devour it’s palaces”

Thus says Adonai:
“For three crimes of Gaza,
    even for four, I will not relent.
For they exiled an entire population,
    giving them over to Edom.
⁷ So I will send fire on the wall of Gaza
—it will devour its citadels(Tree of Life version)
