The Yom Kippur confessional

So what is the Yom Kippur confession or the Viduy ashmnu meaning confession of our guilt. This is recited several or many times in the 24 hours of Yom Kippur by Orthodox Jews. If you do noy know Yom Kippur is the Biblical day of atonement which is every year on the 10th of Tishrei which falls anywhere from mid September to mid October on the Gregorian calendar. It can also be useful for Christians for confessing sin. We as Christians like to confess sin but do not always know what precisely all our sins are. So praying the Yom Kippur confessional allows us abstractly to confess to every sin.
